VERSATILE ROLL GROOVER, COLT-6GX / COLT-12GX

Model COLT6GX and COLT-12GX Roll Groovers are designed to groove manually or can be mounted on a threading machine. It is a highly versatile portable roll grooving machine suitable for medium volume grooving both on the job site and for in-place pipe grooving. Users have the flexibility to utilize it either with the Macstroc Flare.2C threading machine, utilizing a chuck attachment, or, as an alternative, with a *Ridgid Threading machine. Additionally, it is well-suited for on-site manual roll grooving operations, operating autonomously without the need for an external power supply. COLT-12GX is a heavy-duty design for fire-fighting and industrial pipelines in the size range of 1″ to 12″ (DN25 to DN300), SCH10 to SCH40.The presence of a groove depth lock nut guarantees the production of consistently high-quality grooves, resulting in enhanced grooving efficiency. Additionally, the machine facilitates rapid and effortless shaft swapping, with a process completion time of just 30 seconds.
